Filing reports with ACM’s Intelligence unit in an untraceable manner

ACM’s Intelligence unit is a separate unit within ACM. ACM’s intelligence investigators are specially trained to conceal the identity of anyone that files a report. This meas that your personal details are and will remain only known to ACM’s intelligence investigators in ACM’s Intelligence unit. They make sure that your information will reach the right person, and that it cannot be traced back to you.

How ACM’s intelligence unit operates

In the first phone call, you explain in broad strokes what your report is about. The intelligence investigator informs you whether your report is suitable for ACM’s Intelligence unit, and explains the next steps. During the entire process of filing and assessing your report, ACM’s Intelligence unit conceals your identity. ACM’s Intelligence unit operates in accordance with the 2017 ACM Procedure regarding informers (in Dutch).

How to reach ACM’s intelligence unit

Our intelligence unit can be reached directly by calling +31-70–722-2500, on workdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Outside office hours or on the weekends, we will do our best to answer your call. We do not record conversations.
