Focus op digitale economie 2026
De Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) houdt toezicht op een veilige en betrouwbare online omgeving. De ACM richt zich komend jaar met name op de digitale weerbaarheid van Nederland en Europa, meer zeggenschap voor gebruikers over eigen data, en een toegankelijke en veilige online omgeving voor iedereen. De publicatie is een verdieping op de ‘ACM Agenda’ die de ACM op 26 januari 2026 publiceerde.
