Accessibility of ACM.nl
ACM wishes to make it easy for everyone to find and use all the information on this website. That is why we continuously work on further improving the ease of finding information, the user-friendliness, as well as the accessibility of the online information.
Accessibility standard
The Temporary Decree on Digital Accessibility for Government (in Dutch) stipulates that, since 23 September 2018, government websites must meet accessibility requirements. These requirements have been laid down in accessibility standard EN 301 549. All organizations must account for the accessibility of their websites in a published accessibility statement.
How we work towards our accessibility
ACM.nl fully meets the requirements regarding accessibility. We continuously work towards making the online information more accessible.
- Prior to publication, all content is checked for accessibility, and is adjusted, where possible;
- All videos on the website have subtitles and transcripts;
- An accessible version can be requested of all documents published after 23 September 2018 that do not meet the accessibility requirements;
- Our representatives take courses so that their knowledge of accessibility stays up-to-date, and that they are able to apply that knowledge.

If you have a website or app on which you or others offer products or services to consumers, or if you offer an electronic communications service, please note that, since June 28, 2025, we have been charged with enforcement of compliance with the rules on accessibility of e-commerce services and electronic communications services.
