General laws regarding our duties and powers
When drawing up and publishing decisions, ACM follows the rules of the Dutch General Administrative Law Act (Awb).
The Establishment Act contains general rules about our duties and powers. The Establishment Act forms the basis for the passing on of costs under the laws that we enforce.
